My Favorite Red Light Therapy Machines....

By now you have probably heard of red light therapy (RLT) or "photobiomodulation".

Its legit. Tons of research behind it.

RLT is food for your mitochondria. Anti cancer. Skin health. Brain health. Eye health. 

I'm not going to get into it now but you can read thousands of red light therapy studies here.

But....

I am going to tell you my favorite sources for red light therapy, from free to $$.

1: FREE = The sun. Over 50% of sunlight is made of red and infrared light. The key is to know when to use the sun for RLT. The best time to use Nature's Red Light Therapy machine is around sunrise or sunset. During this time their is a higher proportion of red and infrared light because there is very little UV light in early morning or early evening sunlight. Just go lay out in the sunrise and sunset sun for a while and you dont need to buy any red light therapy machines.

2: MY FAVORITE INEXPENSIVE RLT MACHINE: It is called the Chromatorch and you can get it for a little over $100 using the special code "bluelightdiet". 3: MY FAVORITE OVERALL RED LIGHT THERAPY MACHINES: These cost more $ but I have extensively tested/reviewed them and I use them weekly. They are reliable, high power and low emf.
