WHY DO SO MANY PEOPLE HAVE "HIGH" CHOLESTEROL TODAY?

First of all, what is considered "high" cholesterol today most likely isn't high and is not a problem for your health and in fact may extend your lifespan but that is a discussion for another time.

Now....

If you were expecting a multi-page blog post on why so many people have "high" cholesterol today, you aren't going to get.

And you aren't going to get it because it is not needed.

As you see in the Journal of Investigative Dermatology below, Dermatologists have known since at least 1967 that part of sunlight regulates and lowers cholesterol.




Yet the expert dermatologists continue to say you must block out the sun to protect from a very minute chance of dying from a deadly skin cancer that isn't really caused by the sun either.

Plus, I have never met one “expert” cardiologist who even has a clue about this. They think the answer lies in you eating less meat and taking big pharmaceuticals lol.

So how can MOST of you lower your cholesterol if it is "high"?

Don't block out the effing sun, bro.

Get out of the artificial light and in the sun.

Daily.

Make time for it.

Sun breaks.

Your biology was built to operate in sunlight not fake light or filtered sunlight through windows.

When you drown yourself in artificial light day after day, its like living on an alien planet for your body.

It gets the wrong signals and doesn't work as it should.

Some people's cholesterol shoots way up.

Some people's blood pressure shoots way up.

Oh yes, no sun gives you high blood pressure.

Has your cardiologist ever told you that? Probably not. You wouldn't be a patient anymore and then who would make his Porsche payments?



Oh and just off the top of my head, sunlight lowers blood sugar!




HIDE FROM THE SUN LIKE THE MODERN HEALTH EXPERTS TELL YOU AND YOU WILL GET MODERN DISEASES THAT PAY FOR THE MODERN HEALTH EXPERTS BILLS.

So if you have high cholesterol, high blood pressure or high blood sugar, I can pretty much guarantee that if I tracked your life for a week, the conclusion would be that your light environment sucks.

You are severely lacking in full body sunlight and your days are too dark and your nights are too bright.

I would then tell you to fix your light environment and watch EVERYTHING improve.

Your expert doctor will give you forever pills that will forever make his house payments and ruin your health down the line in more ways than one.

And listen....

Some of you are so extremely screwed up that you may need the "expert" pills and potions and surgeries.

I'm not saying to totally reject the experts.

But the vast majority of you do not need what they are pushing.

You need to mitigate modern life and get back to the living the life Nature designed your body to live.

This means more sunlight during the day and less artificial light, both day and night.

Something your cardiologist and dermatologist will never tell you.

Knowing what you now know about the sun and cholesterol and how dermatologists tell you to wear sunscreen nonstop and how they've known since 1967 that sunlight can regulate or lower cholesterol, how many deaths and cases of cardiovascular disease to you think the dermatology field is responsible for?

Let that sink in…
