Here's what the green tea and red light study found....

Aim for the proven red light dose of 3–5 J/cm² daily (most panels and masks deliver this in 10–20 min).

Be consistent! Do this daily.

Protect the rest of your light environment the rest of the day. Keep blocking blue light after sunset so your circadian and mitochondrial health stay optimized (the same systems that drive skin repair will be disrupted by bright light at night).
