ONE Of Your Biggest, Baddest Health Risks

Here's something you won't hear from your doctor.....

The two biggest, baddest health risks you now face are population density and modern life.

I'll talk about the macro risk population density in the next blog post.

For now, lets quickly talk a little about the more micro risk....modern life and technology.

Take a look at this picture.



What makes the person who left one of these footprints way healthier than the other person?

One person is coupled or connected to how humans were designed by nature to function optimally, the other is using modern technology that violates nature’s laws for healthy living.

The person following natures laws is barefoot on the beach, the violator is walking with rubber soled shoes.

When you eat food, the end game is that food is essentially broken down into protons and electrons and funneled into your electron transport chain to power your mitochondria and make ATP, unfold proteins and create water to run all your body’s systems properly.

Here’s the thing.

It is estimated that your mitochondria probably produce the equivalent of your body weight in ATP each day and the electrons from the food you eat might be responsible for only a third of that ATP.

So where does your mitochondria get the electrons to make the other two thirds of ATP to keep your body healthy?

The sun and the earth.

The sun rays contain photons. You can kind of think of photons as charged massless particles that, when they crash into your body, charge water, power mitochondria and excite electrons.

Among other contributors, the earth gets hit by lightning 100s of millions times per day and has a slight net negative charge. Negative charge = electrons.

So essentially the ground, similar to the sun, is one giant iPhone charging station for your body. A source of nonstop and free electrons your body can use to power mitochondria and reduce inflammation etc.

Here’s the BAD part...

For billions of years of evolution, life and you remained connected to the sun and the earth with its negative charge 24/7. You slept on the ground, walked on the ground barefoot and lived outside all day soaking up photons from the sun etc....

Now think about how much you personally are connected to the earth and outdoors each day?

I bet some days NEVER.

You never take your shoes off and wear rubber soles that block your connection to the electrons from the ground, the free electricity. You go to work all day off the ground in an office building. Get in your car with rubber tires and go back to your house and sleep above ground in a bed or high floor.

And when your body doesn’t make enough energy to power mitochondria properly, you get disease faster.

So the take home point here is that if you want to get healthy, you have to go back to how nature designed your body to work and give it a chance to do its thing.

When the sun is out, get outside, absorb those rays and get your bare feet on the ground. When the sun goes down, mitigate or embrace the darkness.

Modern life surrounded by artificial light and tech and living indoors unconnected to earth is a huge violation of nature’s laws for optimal health. (This includes wearing sunblock and sunglasses that block the suns photons which I bet the guy wearing shoes on the beach was doing too).

So your homework is to start collecting those free photons and electrons by “earthing” or “grounding” and getting outside every day. Take off your shoes, bare feet connected to the earth for at least 20 minutes daily.
